Challenge
Luxe Retail had outgrown its decade-old brand identity. Customer perception was stuck in the past, and the visual system failed to reflect their premium positioning in a competitive market.
Solution
We conducted deep brand strategy workshops, competitor audits, and customer research before developing an entirely new visual language — from logo and colour system to packaging and in-store touchpoints.
