Challenge

Pulse needed a mobile app that would make complex financial data feel simple and approachable to everyday users — without sacrificing depth for power users.

Solution

We ran two weeks of user research sessions, created 40+ screen wireframes, and built a full design system in Figma. The final UI uses progressive disclosure to reveal complexity only when the user is ready.

Results

The app launched to 50,000 beta users with a 4.8 App Store rating. Time-on-app increased by 3x versus the previous version, and support tickets dropped by 60%.
